Convert phpbb 3 forum to smf 2

I have a phpbb 3.0.8 forum and would like it coverting to smf 2.0 ASAP There is a converter available on smf's forum, but I can't get it to work - so need someone who knows what they are doing. All posts/users must be intact on the new forum and I must have working 'admin' login access. That's it. Preference will be given to someone who can do the job very soon.
