Dashboard Gauges

I require a gauge to be built, in C#, to work within a C# programmed GUI. There is a center gauge, which is a bar gauge representing buying and selling pressure, therefore up and down bars are to be used. There is a larger outer gauge, which encompasses the smaller center gauge, which is to display change in price in a tachometer fashion, with a needle moving from left to right and changing color when an inputted limit value is exceeded. The gauge is to be approximately 165 pixels X 165 pixels, in size. The center circular gauge should appear to be in the foreground compared to the larger oval behind it, so 3-D affect is necessary. Each gauge should have a drop down menu built into it, displaying a specific sequence of numbers and allowing for up to two digits to be entered. The gauges must look very rich. I will discuss specifics to exact color involved in the gauge, at a later time. You must be very proficient in creating gauges. I will pay upon completion, and this work will likely involve future gauge jobs. Attached is a picture of the gauge.
