Bacon Wrapped Sugar Coated Butternut Squash Bites
Full of vital nutrients and energy boosting components, this treat screams cheating on your diet, but is really just a healthy guilty pleasure.
Ingredients:
20 Small chunks of Butternut Squash
10 Slices of Bacon
2 TBS Brown Sugar
Recipe:
Cut Bacon strips in half, use a cookie sheet and arrange squash cubes evenly. Using a fork or wooden pick, take each squash cube, roll in sugar then wrap with a piece of bacon. Place each cube on the sheet then bake at 350 degrees until bacon is done.
