Hello! Before you read further, I would sincerely request that you please read my profile/resume. As you may have seen, I am an ex-Googler, trained in AdWords by Google. During my stint at Google in the past 2 years, I have worked on setting up and managing hundreds of accounts, and brought them their desired results. Since you have asked for high impressions and CTR with minimal CPC, your account will need regular monitoring and optimization. So, to say that I can do this for you in exactly 3-7 days is wrong. I will optimize and wait to see performance post optimization before I make any further changes. This process could take a few weeks. It will be hugely helpful if you can share more information about your company, so that I can device a strategy for you accordingly.
