Propose and Setup Google Analytics Tracking

I have just completed my online auction website and have already launched it to the public in Malaysia. My current problem is I do not know how well my website is doing in terms of who is visiting it, what are they doing on my website, how are they engaging with my website and etc. Basically, I need Google Analytics to be setup to provide me analytical data to help with my business. A quick intro to my web site [login to view URL] . Essentially we provide 2 key features on our website. First is Online Auction and second is On-Site Auction. Online Auction allows a registered user to bid for a product online. There is also a 'Buy Now' feature so if a user does not want to wait for the auction to end, this user can click on 'Buy Now' to buy and end the auction. On-site Auction is just a listing page and has no ecommerce functionality. User can only view the product online. If the user is interested on a particular product, he or she will have to visit the auction warehouse on the stipulated date to bid on the product. I am looking for an expert to work with me to setup Google Analytics. The selected freelancer will have to work with me via Team Viewer or Skype to setup the Google Analytics as login will not be provided. I need to watch how and where the selected freelancer places the tracking code. The objective is not to look over your shoulder but for me to also understand and appreciate what is being done and hopefully I can be a bit more hands-on. This does not mean that I want to do everything on my on in the future because I won't have the time. I would like to engage better with the developer/google analytic expert next time to track new campaign and etc. The selected Freelancer will have to work with me according to the following plan: Day One - 60 minutes Skype meeting for me to provide a demo on my website. Show cPanel where codes are stored. Discuss what to track. Day Two - Freelancer to work offline to study what are the best data analytic points for my business and how to set them up. Basically to create a strategy and prepare to execute it. The deliverable for this it to email me your strategy which encompasses proposed tracking points and their objectives. Also included in the proposal is what are the preparation work I need to do in order to start the setup such as login to cPanel? create test user? create test product? Day Three - 120 minutes Skype or Team Viewer meeting where I will give access to my PC for the selected Freelancer to setup Google Analytics (Please let me know if 120 minutes is not enough) Day Four - 60 minutes Skype or Team Viewer meeting for the selected Freelancer to conduct a demo/training on Google Analytics - Show me how to make use of the setup we did. Day Five - I will run some testing. Day Six - 120 minutes Skype or Team Viewer meeting for me to report issues or raise questions based on my testing. Fix any bugs if required. I am estimating this to be about 5 to 10 hours of work over a week. Besides the basic pageview, session, bounce rate, demographics data, I would also like to have my ecommerce conversion funneling report to be setup. For example, for Online Auction, I would like to see the conversation rate for bidding and 'Buy Now'.
