Hi, We are looking to begin creating email marketing campaigns to clients however the first step we need to address is the database and the future management of the database. We have email databases in the following areas but need to consolidate them into a single managed database, what we are looking to do is: Consolidate email addresses from 3 different areas: Our Accounting package (Sassu) Our website sales (we use Magento for our website) Our incoming emails (from all users, we use Google Apps for email) We are hoping to automatically add email addresses from the above databases to a single managed email database for marketing purposes.

All three of saasu, magento and google have API to access their contact data. My delivery is a designed and implemented database and a separate tool that will connect to each of these three services, read contact data and update the database with non-recurring contact information automatically.

You have to combine data from 3 different databases. Each having its own design. What i want to do is to Create a new database with my desired schema. and one schema per (to be merged) database Then export tables from all other databases and import this data into a unique corresponding schemas schema inside my final database. How do i export table data from Postgresql Databases. After having one database with multiple schemas i will use cross schema queries to read and write data to target schema. Thanks in anticipation.

We would need site of the database structure first but this project looks like it needs a combination of online and offline skills to ensure that data structure is optimised and future-proof. We have skills in all of these areas and would provide you with a final database reflecting your current email stucture. For the future, we will provide an API so that your new database can fetch new emails from your Sassu/Gmail/Magento) system. Obviously with it being a marketing database you will need to confirm opt-in somehow but we can discuss this further.
