Design a Sale Sheet (flyer, brochure, advertisement)

We are looking for a skilled graphic designer or marketer to create, design and build a Sale Sheet (similar to a Flyer or Brochure) for us. This will be a single page PDF document that we will email to prospective customers. We will also print this PDF and mail to customers. The chosen winner will design 2 sales sheets (1 for "buyers" and 1 for "suppliers") You aren’t just creating an “Ad” you are creating a “Sale Sheet” that should explain our service using graphics, images, charts, diagrams, etc. This Sale sheet must Grab Attention, Educate the reader and Convert readers into customers. A sell sheet should typically answer the following: • What products or services do you offer? • How will these products and services benefit me? • How much will I will pay for them? • How do I contact you? We will provide you with all of the necessary information about our company and product. You will be responsible for designing and creating the sale sheet. We would like you to create a sale sheet that is a little similar to the attached document. Other tips: 1. A typical sales sheet layout is as follows: • Your logo • Headline • Intro paragraph • Product pictures/pricing • Benefits • Contact info and call-to-action Please make it easy-to-read and understand, informative, maybe a little technical. Adding infographics would be good too. You must have experience in marketing and graphic design. Please send links to your portfolio for similar work. Attached are two samples of a good Sale Sheet. More detailed company information will be provided to the selected designer. This project is urgent and must be completed in 2 days.
