GLEEKA Pty Ltd is a Baked Goods manufacturing company specializing in Greek desserts but have branched out to other types of desserts to meet customer demands. All desserts are hand made by the owner and her team of talented bakers.
We make
Baklava, rolled baklava, chocolate coated baklava kourabethes, kataifi, cheesecakes, rainbow biscuits, macadamia and apricot biscuits, a range of chocolate truffles, caramel slices, cranberry slices, macadamia slices, rocky roads, fudges, and assortment of cakes (full size & muffin size), muffins and the list goes on...
Our core business is wholesale but recently have started to work more with the public.
The company has been around for 2 years and need a fresh new look. We are starting with a fresh new Company name and fresh new logo that will Catch the consumers eye but not be over the top. The current company name confuses our customer re what we do and so we feel the change is necessary.
The logo needs to tell a story at a glance, the logo may include a dessert in it somehow, or anything that will tell the client when they read our name or look at our marketing material that we are a desserts manufacturer .
We are currently not fussed about the logo looking Greek as long as it is done classy!
we want the word GLEEKA to feature in the logo as we are going to work on the name and logo as our branding going forward! And need it to be instantly recognizable.
GLEEKA means Sweets in Greek
Our preference for colors at this time are earthy colors, our shop is a mix of Black, Tan (sandstone), Beige, and some other lighter sandy colors
I think at this stage if you play in this color spectrum you will be safe,
Pink is a no go, we want classy and sophisticated not cupcake like!
The shop will have Chrystal chandlers hanging over the lounge chairs, and antique mirror against a black tiled wall, funky relaxing chairs to lounge in, again this give you an Idea into our style and the look we are going for.
The font needs to be sharp and readable we are not to sure about script fonts and no childish fonts we are trying to be professional in our presentation.
We like the idea of a simple but elegant / funky design!
The owner of the company is big on quality And will not allow anything past the door if it does not meet her standards, this is exactly the reason out customers have learnt to trust us and love the dessert treats she makes.
We are going to build the website and marketing material on the back of this logo and some other elements we are currently working on.
I have been specific in many areas, we are looking for the creative juices out there to kick in so if you an idea that breaks the mold we may still consider it seriously as we don't have all the answers and ad looking to the experts to tell is how it's done.
I am not sure what else I can provide you with.
