Creative Ad Designs E-mail marketing

I need someone to design some creative ads for me to use in e-mail marketing and classifieds postings. Must be nice catchy ads that will have good conversion rates.

All ads will be finance/loan related - more details will be provided.

Ad Sizes: I would like a variety of sizes ranging from 250x250 to 500x500 (ads can be any dimensions between these two sizes and do not have to be square)

I am looking for someone who can provide quality work with a quick turnaround time. I'd like to start off with 10 ads and will order more if all goes well with the first set of ads. I will need to see some samples of your work if you want to be considered for this project. Please place your bid for the first 10 ad images.
