Design a Banner and modify a logo

I have a logo here: http://thebusinessconnection.biz. This just needs to modified so it says: The Tech Connection instead of The Business Connection. I have a .EPS file of the logo and a .PSD file of the header and logo that is seen here: http://thebusinessconnection.biz. Modifying the logo is the easy part as the design is already there. Just need to change word "business" to "tech".
The other part of this project is a new banner. Here is what I’m looking for:
I like the current banner seen at [login to view URL], but I need to replace the city with something more tech-like. The header needs to changed so it’s a classy and very smart tech-like design. I like 3-D but I am open to your ideas. You can take stock art and modify or whatever. Here is the sponsoring website: http://hightechpros.com. I want to stick to the blue theme seen at [login to view URL] and perhaps the current logo color for the business connection will work too. I will know more after I see your tech design for the banner. But I should be able to post this logo (the tech connection) on [login to view URL] and it look good. I like the current colors of the background on [login to view URL] and want to keep that background.
If you are interested, can you send your design ideas for the banner / logo combination. I have a budget of about $50 for this project. If you have an idea I like I work with you.
