CSS Based Website Design (small site)

I need a website design for a small and simple project management application. The website allows users to create project plans, project schedules, and task items. Each project task has members assigned.

Team members are allowed to exchanges messages to each other on the project through the portal.

This is the basic idea. Although I will provide more details once I accept a designer.

I need CSS-based design as it is an ASP Model where site would be customized in logo and colors by each customer.

It should be a 1 week effort.
