Design a Logo - Quick and Easy

I need someone who can quickly and efficiently create a logo for me. I will need the vector and psd files. This is quite an easy logo, I had this designed a few days ago and frankly it is terrible.
The design should be unique and prompt, I will give you the website name thought it is under construction you will need to ensure the name is in the logo and a small original image. I will give you the concept.
This is not a large budget project, if you copy and paste things refrain from messaging me as I will report you as spamming, also include the word justice in your logo so i can go about knowing you read my details.
