Adobe Flash coloring and design

I need assistance for coloring some characters I have, they're for a mobile game, they're drawn in Adobe Flash, but I need someone that understands the process of illustration rendering for proper shading. Also, some design of backgrounds and buttons with matching style will be needed, they will be for the same project, so everything should come together well.
