Artistic architectural sketching and watercolor floorplan

I need an artist to create an artistic architectural floorplan - I need it to be HAND-DRAWN and watercolored - the floorplan will need to be made by looking at a series of images in a web-based 360° virtual tour and a very rough sketch of the floorplan that I will provide.

The project will be of a home comprised of three floors (approximately 10,000 square feet of interior), exterior property and foliage. I will need a total of three distinct floorplans - Floor0 and Floor1 require exterior foliage and property as well as the interior of the home; Floor2 will require only the interior of the home.

Accuracy is not required, the floorplan will only be used as a navigational aid to the virtual tour - however, I do want to have this project approximate the actual floorplan as best as possible.
