Comic Book Super Hero Character & Single Page Comic Strip

I need an original cartoon style male super hero in comic book pop art style (e.g. Lichtenstein) at A4 300 dpi print size full colour (prefer vector format) and a short comic strip page using the super hero with 9 different boxes/scenes.
First few scenes will be in B&W and the rest in colour (or some parts b&w, some colour in the same scene). Storyboard is being worked on and will be ready when bid is selected - it will be a fairly simple story, but require a few different backgrounds and a couple of people/other characters. The comic strip should be nearly A4 size (with a margin).
