Adobe illustrator CC tutor - repost

I need a tutor to show me how to prepare my illustrations for Esty and Pinterest. I am drawing in AI and resizing in photoshop. I have tried many different possibilities but still my images look blurry. I work with a windows PC. In this Pinterest board you can see the quality I am looking for, the 3 blurry images at the bottom are my own pins.
