Convert/trace images to vector designs

I am looking for a designer who can turn parts of photos into two-color vector drawings for use as stickers, t-shirts designs, etc. I would like to find someone reliable that I can use for a number of designs in the future. That being said, please take note before you bid: I have attached two sample images that I would like to see turned into vector drawings with a maximum of two colors - grey and red (for clarification, I'm not counting empty space as a color). I have indicated specifically what I would like done on each sample image. If you need any clarification, please let me know via PM. When placing your bid, it will be for providing these two images in two-color vector format (grey and red on a white background). The third image is to give you a rough idea of the type of style I am seeking, only more detailed, cleaner, and two colors. I will leave the bidding open for 10 days, so don't feel like you have to bid right away. Please take the samples I have posted and convert them, and then place a bid with the new images attached in a PM. Feel free to watermark them, or provide them as low resolution jpgs, etc. I'm not looking for freebies, I only want to get an idea of your conversion work from the specific examples I have provided. Also, when placing a bid, leave me a PM that lets me know how much you will charge for future similar drawing conversions, how long it will normally take, and also feel free to send me a link to your portfolio. I will pick the winning bid based on how well the sample images match the criteria I have set out. After selecting a winning bid, I will likely ask the designer for some small modifications to the image before asking for it as a vector file and sending payment.
