Design for five Country cards second

This project is within $ 100 budget !! We need five illustrations created for a new andoroid application. The illustrations are cards for country image. We attach the image sample. These sample are cards for town, but I wolud like to be created cards for countries. Illustrations of the country that I need the following five countries. America,Argentina,France,UAE and Egypt.
