Customizing of theme of a paid Joomla Template

I would like to customize a purchased theme of a Joomla template(rockettheme), such that the structure of the template more or less stays the same, but I want the looks of the website to be different from the default styles. Editing of colours, pictures,graphics,CSS, background image, menu images,etc.
There are 2 parts to this project:
1. Good Sense of Design:
Creativity and design needed so that when I have a theme, you can get the relevant pictures and background into the theme modification.
2. Technical:
You must be familiar with Rockettheme and be able to integrate the modification of the theme into the template
Particularly looking at 'Feb 10 Kinetic' at [login to view URL] for a luxurious resort theme.
It may take you some due diligence to understand the template at the beginning, but after the first one is done, I will provide more jobs of the same nature for the SAME template so it will be easy for you as well. Looking to create a win-win situation.
For a start, the theme is luxury resort.

Sand, water, blue sky
