Hi!
I have this illustration (attached). I want to use it on the web and have like a cool glow effect that loops every 15 second or so. It should be like a stream of light passing through from left to right making it glow nicely, some kind of glimmer. I don't it done with flash since then it will not work with iphones and ipads. Maybe gif is an alternative? Or HTML 5? It has to look very elegant and classy. Think "grammy awards".
