Chilli Label

We have a label for a Chilli fertiliser. Label is okay but we are not happy with the picture in the centre panel. We need a new picture - similar - showing one or two hot chillies (lifelike ones) . We think a painting will be more dramatic than the posed photo we used before. The objective is to have the chillies looking like they are jumping out of the label. any technique - brush, crayon, airbrush will be fine if it achieves the desired result.
