Create Ad Image (high quality)

I am looking for a graphics designer to create a high quality image AD for my carpet cleaning business. 1: You must be very creative ad designer. 2: You must know your wording on what brings in buyers/clients....so you must know exactly what to put on the image. I have a couple ad samples in mind: 1: Sail Carpet Cleaning 2: Sunshine Carpet & Upholstery.
