Create a Vector Graphic from a handdrawing

I need a vectorgraphic from the simple handdrawing i had done. The yellow line is only one line. Unfortunately the pencilline is still visible under all letters. Its no need to have this. It's a logo for a sports gymnastic club. ( Colours are red, yellow and black ) The Scan from the handdrawing is in the attachment. I need as outputfiles, the Adobe file and a vector pdf. The cheapest provider will get the job. max i will pay 15 dollars. if you don't accept this, please don't post. It's a 10min work, i think.
