Design a Company Logo- TODAY URGENT!!

I need someone to design a new company LOGO today! Like within 2-3 hrs. I have uploaded the current logo. I need the following things to be the same and the following things to stay the same. Once you submit the logo I like I'll pay you. Only bid if you can do this NOW. I need PROFESSIONAL logos no clipart!! I must own the new logo copyrights. I'll need the final version in AI, PSD, PNG, JPG. You don't need to resize it for me. Make the sample PNG's 500 x 500 as to show plenty of detail while I select what I want to keep. This logo is for a coupon type deals website, so keep that in mind when working on this. About the current logo- Colors: I want to KEEP the blue colors in it. But, don't use the gold in it. Instead use light silver. Design: I want to keep the web 2.0 glossy text style in the new logo. I want the new logo to have the globe in it but make it look like it's moving around, you can use whatever design means to do that. I want the "nike" type line thing under the text like in the example logo... but a little different and it needs to be silver. Text to be on the logo: Voiccer. DO NOT put communications text on it.
