Design a Logo for my small event planning business

I need a relatively simple, 2D logo for my small home-based event planning business, called Mayridge Event Crafting. I want it to be classy and chic, but not so elegant or "girly" that it would intimidate or turn people off. I already have an idea for how I would like the words to be placed and what fonts to use, but I need a bit more of an artistic element to it (some simple embellishment, etc.) and for it to be a compatible file for easy web, print and small sign use.
