Design of logo for software application

Hi,
I would like a logo design done for a new piece of software our company has developed. The project is time critical within 24 hours. The scope of the logo must be both professional and high resolution. We would like designed in a 16:9 aspect and fully scalable to a maximum screen size of 1280x720 when stretched ; yet still retain image quality.
The theme for the software is defence/security so the design should reflect this in its theme. We would like drop shadow and the usual effects to give a three dimensional appearance.
We must be provided with full title to the images and delivered the source files in various formats such as .psd , .png , .jpeg . We need all design to be done on a transparent background so we can utilise within various scenarios.
