Directory Website

This is a business directory website like the yellowpages. I am looking for some one to create the website from A to Z. * My clients should be able to login to the website. -My clients should be able to Recover Password ( Users feature must be supported ). * When logged in, my clients can update their listing ( Company name, Full Address, Telephone number, Fax number, Email ) Also Clients should be able to see a Download section where they can download a program I would add especially for them. 1. Website must contain a browsing section in the home page. Users may browse the directory through a search engine where they can search various types of businesses or by company name. 2. When a listing is active on the website, I want Google maps to display on the website the current address of the listing. The website must contain 6 pages, Home, About us, Services, Contact Us, FAQ and Login Page. Company logo must be created along with the website. I am looking for a very nice design website!
