The goal is to create a corporate logo for three companies. One is distriution, two are finance. The logo has to be delivered in vector scalable format (EPS, AI or Corel). The logo has to be a virgin work as we expect ALL RIGHTS to be moved to us upon payment for the work. Details will be sent on mail.
As there is several issues mentioned by everyone bidding my project I made a decision to extend the description and clarify my need.
As provided before, I am looking for a professional designer with enough experience who will deliver logotype for three companies. I do not rule out the possibility to continue the work with selected designer in order to develop further company identity and / or web page template for each of them.
First of all let me explain in more details what companies mentioned above do:
Damien Lufkin European Ventures is a pre-IPO fund concentrated at Europe. By saying pre-IPO fund we mean our focus goes to Companies with entrenched market position but: a) having cash flow problems, b) missing the opportunity by lack of managerial skills, c) having shareholders looking for something else. Damien Lufkin European Ventures Ltd invests in short to medium periods (usually co invest) with goal of initial public offering on stock exchange. We have a domain name dlev.eu that will be used as a main domain name of the company. We are looking for rather small projects but with significant history behind. I expect that logo will comunicate that we are stable, trusted company.
Direct CEE Capital Management Ltd
Direct CEE Capital Management Ltd is an opportunity fund focused on Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Russia. We invest in innovative (by technology or process) enterprises privately owned or public. This company invests in "hot and sexy" markets, so we expect some nice work provided "with a hook". Logo may be aggressive.

Direkt24 Ltd is a producer and wholesaler of operational materials for digital printing. We sell ink jets, laser toners, photo paper, copy paper, fax foil, thermo transfer ribbons through market chains in Poland, Germany and Russia. Our current webpage is: http://www.jmenter.com.pl/ we use currently Rainbow brand and logo but we want to change. We have direkt24.biz internet domain name that will be used as a internet shop for our products. Our customers are mainly non professionals with age between 18 - 45. We are a medium - high shelve.
Now, I expect that selected person or company will sign an agreement with me that will have three major sections - definition of deliverables, transfer of proprietary and non-proprietary copyrights, payment.
I expect that all bidding will provide me with link to their portfolio showing experience in both - financial and retail / distribution logo creation.
I also expect (but it is not a must) that bidders will send me their pre-proposal for one of the companies mentioned above (some sample logo).

I expect that the price you will provide, will be for all three logos with transfer of proprietary and non-proprietary copyrights.
