Design and Send Email Newsletters

Hi. Need someone who can design and send very catchy email newsletters with valid content 3 times a week to be sent to my subscribers. Contents direction for each email will be suggested by me and agreed on. Might need to code in your own templates and will definitely need to do graphic design for each email PS: If you can do the job but cannot do graphic design still bid and state this clearly so we can work together around that.
