User Functionalities for Afodams

We are into properties (Commercial and residential properties as well as sale of cars). Some properties are for rent/ lease others are for sale. When a visitor logs on to the site, we want the viewer to be able to see all these functions at a glance without refreshing the page and without clogging the landing page.

The site should be able to collect, viewer’s name and welcome them: e.g. ‘Welcome Brenda’

It should be able to show a list of what we do (properties for let, sales, rent and cars for sale etc.) on the landing page without over clogging the page with too much info.

A visitor should be able to search for properties by type, price range location etc but in a case where a visitor’s preferences is not matched, the site should be able to collect user details phone and email etc so we can contact them when a property matching their criteria is uploaded. Also when these properties become available, we want the site to auto mail every user who has a matching search criteria to the uploaded property.

The home page should look simple and attractive. It should be able to collect visitor’s details so we can revert to them.

We want a social media integration with the website so that when a visitor likes our website, it reflect on our Facebook /Twitter/ Google Plus pages

Site should contain our Terms and conditions and an agreement to our terms and conditions must be checked before any transaction Is performed

Visitors should be able to book inspection dates to view their desire properties. An automated calendar can do this and send us info at the back end.

We want a complaint/ chat functionality so we can relate with customers

Functional emails should be on the package

We may need to see samples of sites you have done as proof
