Brief
- Room management system
- 1 user account for one tenant
- 1 tenant can own many room, so means 1 account might hold more than 1 room
User Panel
- Dashboard to view overdue payment
- Check payment history
- Split out to different type of payment category 4 types, Rental, Cleaning fee, etc.
- Generate monthly or yearly billing
- User will receive email for billing reminder
- Show only max past 1 year records, database will hold all the payment records, longer period of payment statement will need to request from admin office.
- Payment gateway:
Bank Transfer/cheque instruction - Upload receipt
Link with MOLPAY or ipay88 gateway
Admin Panel
- Able to set different type of payment amount, which is different for each room rental, cleaning fee might and might not be the same.
- Able to set each user and each room to monthly, quaterly, half annual or annual billing.
- Receive email notification when receive payment from user
- Able to retrieve all billing period of payment records
- Admin able to make on site payment, means when tenant goes to admin office to pay by cash, admin can key in the records
- All payment will need to generate PDF invoice and payment receipt
- View and edit, create, delete all account records, include basic field like name, contact, etc.
- View all payment records with filter: daily, monthly, overdue, fee category, or custom period.
- Able to view all tenant log records, log include login log, payment log.
