Build a Website For Bible Quotes

I am disabled and on a limited income needing help with my website redesign. I am looking for a simple wordpress website with a beautiful theme. The site's main focus is to display the daily quote from a database on the front page and have a search / archive section to find quotes by name, author, keywords or paged view through them. Our vision for the design/theme is to use a beautiful cover photo (full screen, with a navbar and overlay the daily quote) and have a search bar for searching quotes and button to view the archived quotes. I also need the following abilities. - Create/Edit/Manage quotes for days in advance - Add keywords or tags to the quotes - Ability to change and manage the background photos (mostly photos of nature, plants, etc) I have an existing SQL database with all the quotes in a table and I need it implemented into the site. I will provide the database file upon project being awarded.
