Build a Website for our hotel

We are having several hotels and restaurant in new Delhi. We need a website where user can book room online or make order after entering all required details. There must be payment section such that user can do payment and we can check that payment. So we need admin panel for that. No error, no broken links. Design must be attractive, user friendly and eye catching. Form section should be well validate.. My budget is around $200 - $275 . If this project goes well, we will let you make another firms site that is one site for our restaurant and some sites for shops. Bid only for experienced web developer. No fresher please.
