Build a Website

I want to create a new website that uses the look and many of the existing features of a current website I own and run. The existing website is here - [login to view URL] So you will have access to the website to use for the template and all the features. I would want the home page to look the same and work the same (with the login and revolving ads and twitter and FB buttons and live chat), but the bottom half of the page (everything below "Access Now" section) would be a calendar like this page - [login to view URL] 1 - The calendar would show different events on different days that I would add through admin side. 2 - Users click on an event on the calendar and have the option to join that event. 3 - They input their name, email, phone. (or if they've already joined the website, just log in and join) 4 - Some kind of captcha. 5 - A check box that says, "I understand that by joining these classes, my image/audio may be recorded by audio or video and used at a later time by the owners of this website." 6 - When the user joins a class, they get an email confirmation with info in it, including text by me and the event information. 7 - The day before the event, an automated email is sent to me listing all the participants of the class (it tells me which class and their email addresses (in a specific format - email with comma at the end) 8 - The users are sent an automated email the day before the event as a reminder. 9 - On the admin side, I need to be able to see who has signed up for an event. I should be able to click on an event and see their information. As part of the website design, the links at the top would "Home" - "Class Info" - "Contact Us" and the rest would be links to other websites. The 5 sections below the main picture (Steno Brief Machine, Steno Links, etc.) would be text only. Let's start there. Please ask any questions. Payment is made upon the website being up and working. I will select a programmer based on feedback, communication and bid amount. If you just copy and paste something, I'll probably ignore it. Thanks! Marc
