Main page - info about the company and site - log in area - navigation tabs that link to seven key elements of the site: In the login area, space to set up an account. On the payment screen, option for entering pre-paid access code. Email collection and confirmation. Certification - will contain four main areas (this is the largest area of the site) 1. User Profile - to be set up by user when they login the first time and pay for their subscription. General contact information. (Not sure exactly what we will want here- however, progress through modules would be logged here) 2. Modules - this section will function similar to the parentonlinecourse that you have seen. However, it will be much more involved and complicated. There will be 20 separate modules (lessons). Each module will consist of a PowerPoint presentation lesson. These presentations will contain media in the form of videos and audio. Most will be around 2GB in size. We do not want them to be downloadable - only viewable within the site. After each module, there will be an assessment of 8-10 multiple choice questions. We will likely want these to be drawn from a larger base of 20 questions that will rotate randomly in each module. When the user completes the assessment with a score of 80% or higher, the module will show "passed." The modules can be completed in any order. The site needs to save their information to their user profile. When they complete all 20 modules, a certificate will be generated showing completion of the certification with an expiration date, 2-3 years in the future. The certificate should be able to be printed, emailed and saved to their computer, as well as remain in their profile. 3. Resources - this section would have document files, separated into categories. We may want to have them only viewable within the site, and not downloadable. We would like the ability to save certain files to their profile - like a favorites list for easy access when they login. 4. Blog area - we would update with new information and articles for the subscribers. Both the resources area and the blog need to be easily updated by us, without the need for a programmer. Plus Membership - higher cost area 1. User Profile - this doesn't have to be separate from the other one. We can have a general user profile for the whole site, then only allow access to the plus area to people who have paid that price. Plus members have access to Certification area as well as Plus area. 2. Modules - these will be similar to the ones in the certification area, there will be 5-7 different modules dealing with aspects of mentoring/coaching. As with the previous, users would take an assessment at the end and receive a certificate when they have completed all modules. 3. Interviewing - this would contain a series of basic pages to click on with text. 4. Resources - similar to section above. Surveys - this would link to where we will be housing the online versions of the surveys. We may want to have a main survey page with links on it to the different surveys as well as a link to the data collection area. Users would have to be logged in to use the survey feature. We might have one on there that is free for people to try out. Products - basic products page with ability to purchase books that are available via paypal. Consulting - this will contain detailed descriptions of our consulting services. Will have separate text based pages for the following: workshops, full scale school implementations, custom consulting services. All will contain information, a few images, possibly a link or two. Contact us - basic contact form with direct contact information as well. About us - basic about us page
