Build a Website

Currently, I have a website [login to view URL] and I am quite unhappy with the site. I told the designer the site was suppose to be designed specifically for our company. I now find that the site is actually from some type of template. I am going to build a new site that is going to be an informative and e-commerce website. Many of the same text from the current website can be reused, but for the most part I want the entire site completely reconfigured. In the website, the UPS feature at checkout must be integrated as well as the software Authorize.net. Those two are non-negotiable. They are currently integrated into my current site. I am going to be in total control over this project. The project will be completely under my supervision and will be developed to my discretion at all times. No action shall be taken without the express written consent of Aexous Global, Inc. and signed off by Randy Pittman to be considered valid and complete. All database information will be provided to Aexous Global, Inc. and at all times, Aexous Global, Inc. will be contacted prior to any change being made. The new site must have the former customer and subscriber database information moved into the current website and everything MUST function together. There will be an extensive contract that the winning bidder will be required to sign prior to initiating origin of this site. The site has to be 100% custom complete and at no time can any template, plug-in, or application be used in the site to try and shorten a job.
