I need a website and marketing identity created (Logo, colour scheme, layout etc) for a quoting and estimating business website within the construction industry. It will need to be interactive and catchy. The website would need an interactive front end where clients could create a new job, enter project information, pay a deposit, and upload a variety of files (jpeg, pdf, word, CAD etc). Once entered the site would automatically input the collected information into a number of forms which I could print out and send on to building contractors to quote up. The site would need to be able to be edited by someone with very little programming knowledge and I would need to be able to enter new fields, move existing fields and tabs and have static and flash advertisements running on the pages (which I could change, edit, delete etc). Would also need to have automatically generated emails sent out once all data is entered and once milestones are reached by me, and when they are entered into back end of site to keep clients up to date with progress and status of their job. Examples of the fields that would be either drop down box (pre populated by me) or blank for client to fill in would be: 0. Estimate Pricing Structure - Quote to my budget, Provide $/m2 rates, Give me options 1. Project Type - New House, Renovation, Landscaping, Commercial, Fitout 2. Timeframe - ASAP, 1 week, 2 weeks, TBA 3. Structure - Lightweight timber, Steel, Precast Concrete, AFS Logicwall, Dincel, 4. Plasterboard - Cornice, Square Set 5. Glazing - Single, Double, As per EER, Awning, Sliding More info will be available upon acceptance

1. The site for the Construction estimation and quote can be built. 2. Clients can create job, they can enter various project information, Upload supporting files like jpg, pdf, word or CAD files. and Pay for the quote. 3. The submitted values are then inputted into various forms. The forms can be taken printout by the admin and sent to contractors for quote. 4. The form values will be managed by the admin ( Admin can add/edit/delete the dropdown values in the forms). 5. New fields can be added to the form by the admin. 6. Automatic email notifications to be sent out. 7. Option for backend updation of the received quote will be built. We would like to have more information regarding the full functionality of the site to finalize on the scope of the work. Approximate time to complete the project: 30 - 40 days. Hi, I reviewed your requirement. I can do this project. I have created a similar project two years back. I am an individual full time freelancer. I can develop this project in drupal or wordpress or custom CMS. But you mentioned you need to do some changes when you need in the script. In that case we have to use the custom CMS or some PHP libraries. And i think some information is missing in the requirement.
