Experienced in moodle. You can check feedback of clients in moodle projects. Did similar report in moodle but as you want it outside moodle, it can be done, but moodle did not stores certificate pdf in any folder, it generates certificate when user clicks related link. So, it will require extra efforts to pull out certificate generation code, remove moodle codes and make it run into PHP. This is the reason my bid is slightly higher than ot others.

Hello I’m interested in your project which I founded in Freelancer.com I’m a talented web designer who highly resourceful, innovative, and competent PHP developer with experience in the layout, design and coding of websites specifically in PHP format. And I have knowledge of the development of web applications and scripts using PHP programming language and MySQL Server databases. Also I’m a good team player who develops on creating engaging creative solutions and who is deadline orientated. I have successfully completed Bachelor of Science in Management and Information Technology degree (Second class lower division) at University of Kelaniya in 2013 I have programming experience in HTML, CSS, JAVA SCRIPT and PHP with my working time and also my final year IT project.
