Build a Website

Build a website with a simple daily topic of debate (set by the site admin). The users can then post their views below. Each post can be given a 'thumbs up' or 'thumbs down' rating (1 rating per post per user) In addition the previous daily topics and highest rated posts can be viewed in an archive. An additional tab can be created for users to suggest debate topics (users should also be able to rate these suggestions)
