I need some one who can create a webapp using Symphony2 and Angular js. Here is a project details

We are building a web app to target prospect for brokers. Where we can filter financial records, property record. After filter user can blast out a refinance report via sms/email. Here are other important point.

1. user has a list of 1000 say people

2. User filters the list, using the drop down finanicals, property, profession filters

3. Each prospect is given a score say out of a 100 of how well they match the criteria in the filters

4. after they filter the list, they can hit next, and see the full prospect list,

5. user can click on an individual prospect and see more details about them

6. User can choose to send a report

7. User makes tweaks to the report on the calculator screen

8. Next screen is the report preview

9. blast report

So we are thinking of maybe giving credits to the users, so it limits the amount of users they can blast too.. also say you and me are brokers, we can't blast to the same person (we'll be spamming) so idea is after we blast to that person, they get put it in "do not contact for 1 month list"

so theres a few gotchas, but through the wireframes if you can explain that logic

btw when we blast a report.. we can send an SMS or an EMAIL of the report.

1. SMS API is done by our partner (its already available)

2. Email will need to create a short url

3. PDF generation is done on the fly, so it would be like.. [login to view URL] -> this would generate a PDF preview of the report

4. Using WKtoPDF [login to view URL] we can grab a URL and output that to a PDF
