Build a Website

Please read this very carefully. I will be back on line in 1 hour to ensure you have had time to adequately read these instructions. Please ask any questions if you are not clear on any aspect of the project. Then I will assess the quotes and allocate the job if I can afford it. Feel free to include a relevant example of your work. The fully completed job is required before 5 pm Eastern Standard time (I am in Melbourne Australia) 23d December 2014. I have posted a few projects before and unfortunately I have paid milestones (higher than required) but the people taking on the job have not finished. This time I will not pay milestones and will only pay in full once the job is finished (and only if it is completed on time). There will be no payment for a late job. I am a very reasonable person and I have a good track record of payment and good communication, however I just want to get this done without problems. Please only take this on if you are very reliable and easily contactable, speak fluent English with good comprehension and have extensive experience in mapping programming eg: Google heat maps. I reserve the right to cancel the project without payment if you are not contactable within 48 hours. I have registered the domain name [login to view URL] and have one month hosting at this stage. I need you to build a website that anyone can register and log into and I can easily manage, as I do not have a technical I.T. background. I will retain all rights and passwords. I want you to ask as many questions as you need to complete the project to a finished working website with active Google ad words and a few banner style adds that can create an income for me . I will respond regularly and quickly to your questions. I would like an attractive modern website design that looks very professional. I realise design is subjective so I may make some suggestions as we go along however I will not expect anything onerous. This project is more about getting a working website where anyone can register and log in. It is a salesman's territory map. I want the manager of any company to be able to log in and see a map of Australia he has the choice of zooming in down to suburb level to see the territories that his salespeople are working in. By showing them in colour it will be an easy quick reference.eg. there is only one colour per salesman and only one shading per salesman but they may have multiple suburbs. Each suburb (based on postcode) will have a different colour depending on which salesman's name is in the suburb (so the only thing that shows is the suburb outline, the 1st salesman's name and colour, the second salesman's name and his shading). Note I want the whole suburb coloured and not just a Google pin. A salesman should be able to log onto the site and do the same thing but can only see his territory. When the Manager logs in to set it up he is offered a list of every suburb in Australia (by postcode) next to it will be two columns. One called 1st Person and another called 2nd Person. Each column should be able to contain at least 100 names (this should be able to be expanded later after this project is finished). The Manager can input the employee's name next to a suburb. Each first column employee is given a different colour. Each second employee is given a shading. The manager has the option to import the list of names using an excel table. With all sales companies there is always a 2nd person who could fill in for the first salesman if they are away. By having shading for the 2nd salesman it can lay over the top of the colour. Somewhere on the page there will be instructions on how to use the site and what to do next. The coloured plan can be printed out and the scale changed. Once again, please be assured I am very reasonable and easy to deal with but I have to set strict timeframes and guidelines as I need to complete the project on time.
