Build a website from PSD to Wordpress theme and customize site

We need a set of PSD files transferred from PSD to a Wordpress theme, and we also need some custom coding and setup of the site completed. It MUST be fully responsive (designed for main web, ipad, mobile, etc). There will be three sections to the website: 1. The main site, [login to view URL] 2. The Maui section, [login to view URL] 3. The Island of Hawaii section, [login to view URL] They each have their own look and feel, which you will see by the images attached (we have the psd design for everything) -There will be a directory listing under each of the main categories for Maui and the Island of Hawaii – Dining, Activities, etc. This will be a sortable list (See designs attached). For example, a user clicks on “Things To Do” ->it shows the list of categories on the picture wall type design (see attached). They click on a category (ie beaches) and it takes them to the list of beaches on Maui. They can then sort the list (see attached) and click on a specific one for a more detailed description and photos. There is one design attached, but you will need to duplicate this to create each category on the site. We need to be able to easily add more categories and listings to each category, so please include instructions on how to do this. I’d like there to be nice, clean transitions for all of the elements on the site. For example, the animated transitions on this site as you scroll through it: [login to view URL] Please incorporate these types of transitions into the design. The background images should be fixed – (ie, they stay put when someone scrolls down the page). There should also be a built in search feature. The “Featured recommendations” list at the bottom of each page should be a scrolling list that cycles through the logos that we upload. Each of these needs to link to their respective listing on our site. We will also need a logo placeholder on the upper left side (place in the header above the menu and line up with the first menu item) If you need a sample site as far as the domain (ie /maui) and designs, here’s a site that does something similar: [login to view URL] The jpg designs are attached, I will provide all PSD files upon designer selection. In our designs, we originally called The Island of Hawaii "The Big Island" This will need to be changed to "The Island Of Hawaii" On all elements , including menu, titles, etc. Thank you!
