Counter Design updation

Dear Freelancers, Small task for experts. I want to modify design of my website countdown timer . (1) Change Code in Design to New Design PFA [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] layouts (2) Add MilliSeconds Circle Timer also in existing page (NOTE : After adding it should not impact to any current functionalities which are working fine .... alll Days,Hours,minutes and Seconds working fine) Who can complete this task in 1 to 2 hours .. and lowest bid will get this project as budget is very low for this project.
