Create simple interactive appointment booking scheduler for website members and staff - must be built into existing cms. Correct minor bugs with existing work

We an interactive scheduler between logged in members on the frontend and staff who have opened appointment slots in the backend - this must be built into our existing website and backend. There are some specifics of this work (general summary of what is needed): - Staff must be able to log into their accounts (which they do now) and make their appointment schedule which can be seen by logged in member son the frontend. - Staff may select "vehicles" to be used during the lesson - pulled from another area displaying a list of the vehicles available - this list exists, but needs additions to it. - Vehicles must be able to be given a max use time; when the vehicle has been booked for max use time during a day, it can no longer be selected. - Must build in available locations for appointments and vehicle use / be able to create locations at venue establishment - When members book, it will deduct from their available credits. - Must be able to handle appointment types - For admin viewing schedules and staff, must be a quick refresh to display up to 24 hours of day - like a time appointment book. - Ability to block out certain days and times making them unavailable for scheduling - Ability to connect scheduler to our event calendar to display an event or block out scheduling time Very Minor other bugs in site that need to be fixed: - Paging counts - the number of things shown in the gallery are on fronted. We already have a working gallery...some counts are just off (eg. show 20 pictures per page, it shows 30 instead). - Some spacing issues on frontend with data pulled from dynamic modules and database - Our event calendar needs a little help as it seems to have issues displaying recurring events or events that go on for more than one day at a time. Open to replacing. This is a very small project overall with a very small budget - the work is not very in depth and the concepts are simple. We also need someone who can develop very quickly.
