I need a website built with the main core being around the following features:
1) User registration, profiles, chat and forum
2) Users will have a single page profile of a list of different criteria
3) Website currency - users can buy and sell the currency to website owner (paypal preferred)
4) users can 'challenge' other users to play for the website currency - challenges will consist of user either challenging another user directly OR posting a
challenge in the lobby and another user accepting it. Each challenge will be for an amount of in game currency (or for 0) which the the host will decide on. Host and challenger must have the website currency to cover the challenge.
5) Challenge results will be inputted by host or challenger, accepted by host or challenger. If there is a dispute admin will have the option to approve or reject via backend
6) Users will be based on a ranking system of multiple criteria much like freelancer / ebay etc
Full features will be provided before job is awarded. Design is important here too but the coding side is a real must. The whole site will need to be SSL and coded by someone who knows what they are doing
