Design upgrade required for Message system of my website

My website already has a Message system. The system has been written in PHP. It has a page with conversation's list (list of all available conversations) and an inner conversation page (in between two users), in where user can send, receive messages, upload images, add smileys etc. The system also has a delete option for both conversations or any particular messages.
Other options like,
Highlight new messages. Mark messages to which reply has been sent. Also, mark replies which has been seen by the opposite user. There is also a time and date option which show the time of a message when it has been sent or received. These options also available.
What I need:
Upgrade my design. There are only two pages to upgrade. I'll provide you the design in screenshot, you have to make exact design in HTML. And implement all the above mentioned options with the new design. The new design will be very simple.
You have to work in the body area only. The header, footer, left sided columns are already created with new design and available to other pages from where you have to add these to the messages page.
Code should be very clean and optimized. Only experienced developer will be considered.
