Develop a Custom Website From Scratch

I need a web-developer to create a custom website from the ground-up. Here is the old website:[login to view URL] (It is in estonian lanuage) We want to develop or update the site to something similar that is:[login to view URL] with sunrents calculator and content but the same style,look and feel as [login to view URL] has. This new site that we will develop wont be as complicated as autoeurope as we dont need a log-in functions and all that just the calculator which will have a better more modern look to it. We have all the pictures and copyright we will provide,all the logos etc. Here is a very basic mock-up of the new sites first page much like [login to view URL] put we still need to make it simpler,cleaner and more proffessional just like [login to view URL] Mock-up:[login to view URL] The new site will also have a slider. So sunrent.ee----->transformed to [login to view URL] basicly I need a very experienced web-developer/wordpress expert to do this job. The build will be in 2 phases: 1)Build the website webpages from the mock-ups we provide 2)When the website is done ,put in the estonian copyrighting that we will provide If you get the job i will provide a screenshot briefs ,also screen recordings video and we will have regular skype screenshare meetings to see the proccess of the work of exactly what we need to do next. I will also have a little skype interview with the top candidates because i am looking to develop a long-term relationship with a great coder ,so it will be important to me ,that we are on the same [login to view URL] if you understand and have read my brief I want you to put the word *SSM* in your bid so i know that you have read and understood. Dont hesitate to put a higher budget here as we will look over all the applicants profiles and we are still trying to figure out the market price for such a project,put remember the cheaper we can hire you the better because we dont have a big budget for this project.
