McQuaids (Austin McQuaid Inc) is a company was founded by my grandfather (Austin McQuaid Sr.) almost 50 years ago. He started his company by picking up milk farm to farm and grew it into one of PEI's largest warehousing and transport company. My father (Austin McQuaid Jr.)grew the company to incorporate mobile storage and sales almost 25 years later. The company is currently run by myself and my father. we operate a very diverse company and have many services and would like a page for each one. - Mobile trailers and containers for moving and storage. (information page) + (ability to book a rental) A customer calls our company and we deliver a trailer or container ranging in the size of (20' 40' 45' 48' 53') to there home or work place it is used for storage at anytime during the rental the trailer (not container) can be moved pretty well where every they want weather it be to another town or across the street. We also have specialized trailers that temperature regulate weather the trailer needs to stay frozen or warm. also available are trailers with hydraulic platforms on the back and ramp trailers. all trailers come with complementary steps apon request. - Used Equipment sales and rental (items for sale with a back end I can change with ease) we rent and sell many different items in the run of a year Mostly forklifts that range in size from 2,200lb lift to 8,000Lb lift. We also have other equipment such as scissor lifts. At times we have sold many other things I can only place a miscellaneous such as cars, golf carts, soft serve ice cream machines and many more. - Forklift services (information) + (ability booking of unit) Our 5 ton truck will deliver a forklift anywhere and our expert drivers will move what whatever is needed some items we have moved items are on pallets, air conditioners and furnaces - Heavy Equipment Moving (information) we supply as few as 2 men a tuck and trailer we move many items such as Safes, pop vendors, Bio hood vents, industrial kitchen equipment. Our moving team has the best training and can move almost anything up a set of stairs or in tight quarters, our equipment and people are the best in the business. - Warehousing and property rental (information) 3 warehouses with space available large doors and loading docs. clean and well kept in prime locations in and around the city. we also own and rent commercial property in the heart of the city. - (Soon) household moving I am currently in the process of buying reusable plastic boxes. once I get them I will be offering moving packages with trailer rentals. In that the costumer can move as much or as little as they would like. if they want to pack all of there personal items and just need a moving crew for the large things we can supply tie downs moving blankets and reusable boxes. I would like to have a place were someone can book a trailer delivery or forklift renatl on line and send an email to my office for conformation.
