Architect, Artist needed for Colored Building Drawing

Commercial Real Estate Project needs color rendering (sketch). We have the architectural blueprints / elevation (outlines), but we need an artist graphic artist or architect. This needs to be done in a high quality digital format. ie. .PNG .JPEG .TIF .BMP We are looking for long term relationships with skilled artists, since we have dozens of other projects in the coming weeks.
