I need a design for the cover of a new guide of Web Services for Latin America in normal portrait format, 8×10 inches (20×25 centimeters). The bidder must have some previous work to show online. The proposals have to be uploaded to a server to be seen and revised. Only bidders which can upload their proposals to a server will be considered. Please send us the url of your proposal in order to be considered. Budget is very low, but depends on the quality of the proposed cover design. If the design is good enough, will be considered despite the pricing.
